Software Automation Tester and Analyst

Understanding the Business Requirements and Preparation of Test Scenarios. Designing the Test cases based on Functional Specifications and detailing as per User Experience Specifications. Prepared Test Data with different combinations for the test cases. Responsible for defect tracking and reporting. Preparing Test Data with different combinations for the test cases. Recording and tracking Defects. Verification of Defect Fixes and performing Regression Testing. Data Verification using SQL queries. Reviewing estimation and Support Project teams in Project plan, Quality plan, Risk Management, Requirements Management, Change Management, Defect Management and Release Management. Process design, Development & Maintenance of Quality Management system. Perform Internal Quality Audits to check for non-compliance to lay out processes. Perform metrics analysis and recommend corrective and preventive measures and monitor the metrics lies within organization specification limits. Deliver process related training to the project teams. Conduct Internal Audits, report non-compliance and track for the closure of findings. Identifying of UAT test cases and the Business Test cases to do the customization releases with release notes. Experience in rapid prototyping and agile environment Excellent understanding of testing strategies for websites and applications Ability to quickly evaluate and integrate tools and components into current systems Experience collaborating with project managers and functional subject matter experts, and business IT application managers to define and execute on application changes. 

Educational requirements: Bachelor degree with experience / Master or its foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

Software Developer

Research, design, develop, test, implement and support software applications and systems for clients and ensure that the software design is consistent with industry best practices in terms of their scalability, availability, maintainability and adaptability.

  • design system architecture;

Software Quality Assurance Manager

Manage the development of IT projects for clients focusing on planning, directing and coordinating activities related to computer software quality assurance through testing, trouble shooting and defect management: coordinate the study and analysis of client business processes to ascertain the functionality requirements of software applications; ensure that the best quality of software will be developed in accordance with clients organizational policies, software quality standards and testing procedures and methodologies; accountable for quality assurance in the entire software development life cycle; lead quality assurance tasks for division or company-wide software projects and programs; lead a team of QA Testers; lead the design and execution of testing on a wide range of software systems to ensure that software systems meet the standards against defined functional and nonfunctional requirements; review and approve software test plan, traceability matrix, and test scripts; oversea the performing of various testing, including functionality testing, load testing, regression test, GUI testing, and testing data base and web services; in charge of test planning and resource estimation and allocation; plan and manage test schedule and resources based on the schedule and resources of the entire development project; oversee the conversion of requirements documents (business requirements, functional requirements and technical requirements) into test strategies and test cases; assess technical viability of new software testing products and technologies; review and approve test and quality assurance reports; hold meetings related to test results and quality assurance. Specific skill or other requirements: The required 5 years of work experience must include at least 2 years of experience with reviewing test plan, traceability matrix, and test scripts; performing at least 3 types of testing in the job duties, and at least 1 year of experience with Jira, Quality Center, ClearQuest, and SoapUI. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. Travel and/or relocation to the client site is required.
